We had an absolutely awful experience with this agency.
We are looking to rent in Royston and were the first to look at a property. Amir (the store manager!!) showed us around and informed us that he had 8 viewings that day.
As we loved the flat and knew that it was going to be popular, we told Amir that we would take it. He said that we should go to the ATM to get the £350 holding deposit and then he would meet us back at the office around the corner.
As we were leaving the couple from the next appointment arrived at the flat (15 mins early)
We went to the bank to get Amir his money and then walked to the office. When we arrived we saw that the couple that had arrived to view the property after us were sat in the office with Amir.
Amir came outside and told us that we were too late and the other couple were going to have the flat.
Obviously we were very upset by this as we believed we had a verbal agreement with Amir and he knew we were going to get the money and meet him. We were the 1st to view the flat and 1st to say we wanted it but Amir said "that's just the way it is"
This is obviously a company that values money over customer service- I would warn against anyone using them.
