I really like this place as the Girls there are very good at what they do.My Daughters go there too and end up with perfect eyebrows.However I have my eyelashes dyed as they are not naturally dark.The first time I had them done the results were amazing! and the tint lasted 4 weeks.so off I went again but this time the tint only lasted 3 days,so naturally I was disappointed and I went back to say so.The Manageress didn't even say sorry,instead I was made to feel uncomfortable.I said my piece and said I was paying for a service and they agreed to tint them again.I was told not to think that if it didn't take this time I was not to expect them to tint them again for free.Free? I had paid £20. I was told that if you go on Holiday in the Sun the sun bleaches skin hair and eyelash tint.Really? not everyone in this World is bleached.The Manageress was pressing to know where I went on Holiday and I said I was not prepared to tell her where I went on my Holiday.so the end result was I was made to feel uncomfortable,no apology and Yes I did get them tinted again.The Manageress said she need this information to see if they need to change their product.I said "This is not a Police Station to be interrogated,it's a Beauty Salon.What ever happened to Customer Service and being nice?
