Absolutely shocking. My friend went in as a first timer to have her eyebrows sorted. Left with bleeding eyelids. They say she moved however they used hot wax on her lids and it's ripped her skin off. Been in discomfort all day. The poor woman. The ladies in there were laughing and chatting in own language. Found them rude and very unhelpful. Still made my friend pay though!

I recently had my eyelashes done here as i am going on holiday,i have never had them done before and was quite excited but alas that was short lived!!! I had to return the following day as a big chunk of them was flopping down,i was told id have to have an infill,jokers after one day! Anyway,one of the women said no it was fine,they would sort it for me free of charge. Feeling happier i came out thinking great,but again it was short lived,there was so much glue it had clumped all the eyelashes together and my eyelid. The eyelashes are now all falling off and because of all the glue,i have no eyelashes and i am flying on holiday tomorrow.What was supposed to be a pamper has now turned into a disaster,i will never return there and certainly would not recommend to anyone.
