Me and my boyfriend have always used this taxi company, however the last couple of times the taxi drivers have been quite rude always seem to pick us up 5 minutes before pick up time then today have come early again haven't rang so my boyfriend went out on pick up time and has been shouted at and threatened to be charged an extra 20p per minute! Absolutely disgusted with this treatment! Taxi drivers should be friendly and make you feel comfortable but instead have made us feel quite uncomfortable. We will be changing taxi company's from now on.
