Absolutely disgusted by how you treat your customers. I booked a taxi with you in advance for 5am!, it gets to 5.10am you are not here! So I call you as I am about to miss my train at 5:19, you tell me I never made a booking! And then you tell me you well send me one in the next 5 minutes! You did not turn up in the next 5 minutes and where completely rude to me on the phone. I am appalled! You have no concept of time, and you have no control or record of your bookings obviously. To make matters worse YOUR actions have resulted in me missing my train which was £44.50. I will NEVER be using this taxi service again and i will be advertising this specific taxi with appalling service to students and colleagues around the hatfield area. I will be advertising this company with the help of my social media which happens to have a large population of hatfield on it. I'm sorry to all those other people who missed their trains etc from this taxi companies poor time management. 28-07-14
