Extremely poor service from AAA. Would not use them again. The driver was rude and arrogant, and told us he was doing us a favour by collecting us! He reported us to his office for knocking on his window (trying to get his attention as he was ignoring us) and then said it was our final warning before he'd stop the cab and remove us!! He was very reluctant to change his planned route and said it would cost more even though our route was much quicker. Wouldn't use them again through choice, although he actually banned us in any case?!?! Also, he spoke on the phone almost the whole journey. Would have given zero stars if it was possible and would recommend others to use alternative taxi companies. 13-09-15
