Rubbish service. We booked this taxi firm the day before we needed them & they confirmed our booking. 15 minutes after the due arrival time of our taxi I phoned up & they had no evidence of our booking. They sent a driver, I explained we were reluctant to pay the full fare, the driver then stopped the car as he thought I said we wouldn't pay the fare. He then proceeded to drive the long way home & charge us above the usual fare. The taxi driver was rude.

We gave this firm the benefit of the doubt after booking then go pick us up before & them forgetting to collect us.

Unreliable rude firm.
