I had a boiler fitted in April 2016 and I need to call them as our thermostat is no longer working but all the numbers I have tried are unobtainable. I think I'm going to cancel the direct debit and wait to see if they contact me!!

I had my new boiler fitted in march 2016 outside pipe work still not been completed can't seem to get hold of anyone not even had a phone call about a service a complete and utter nonsense

Is this the same company who installed my boiler and was paid CASH and now has unobtainable phone numbers!!!!!

It's the same address! What's happened with the 15 YEAR warranty!

I am going to contact the Daily Mail regarding these fraudsters!!!
