I ordered a leisure range cooker, states on the website Brand new only to find the appliance didn't work at all, in fact it has been opened to the rear and damaged internally and externally. The manager said he would send someone to look at the appliance which I agreed as long as it was a certified electrician, he then replied Quote ( I will send someone who knows what they are looking at but not an electrician) this company is a joke DO NOT TRUST their goods are NOT brand new in the slightest! In fact like everyone else is saying on the forums they SELl all FAULTY GOODS. I am awaiting collection and refund we will see what happens!!
