awful company with unreliable fitters...failed to turn up 5 times to rectify bodged fitting job....avoid at all costs

After fitting the wrong colour carpet and advising it would be changed Father Christmas after several phone calls no one has called me back, I've had to call several times to be told they are not resolving the problem, I'm discusted with the way I have been spoke to and treated.
