This company installed a central heating boiler free of charge under a government initiative. The installation was following two extensive surveys to ensure that everything was ok. As it turned out - it was not. The pipework to the boiler was not big enough and the new boiler starved my other appliances resulting in a drop in pressure. The company would accept no responsibility - their Director would only repeat that they ASSUME everything is ok beforehand. Why undertake two surveys beforehand if they are going to ASSUME? I have now had to ask British Gas to intervene and help me sort the whole mess out. Do not touch this Company with a bargepole. After service is appalling and emails are ignored.
