I wouldnt recommend anyone to use this company!!!Yesterday 11/12/14 i was treated abysmally by this company!!
I rang for a cab from Tesco Roborough at four minutes to two after doing a rather large shop,and when i asked the dispatcher how long i would have to wait he said 10 to 15 mins as they were sending some cars out to the north of the City
I waited and waited and after 20 mins decided to ring again,was told on way,after another 15 mins of waiting,went into store and they kindly let me use the phone to ring AGAIN!
The dispatcher was INCREDIBLY rude to me when is aid i had been waiting all that time and this was my third call to them,by now i was freezing,I said to him you told me i would only have to wait 10 to 15 mins with which he said no i didnt,then it became a pantomine of me saying yes you did and him arguing with me.
He also said that the call was recorded,i said good because that was the proof,with which his reply was dont argue with me...i was incensed and said i will argue with you as im right!!
Well eventually a taxi arrived at quarter to three,i was cold,fed up and just wanted to get home.
in the time i was stood there at least 4 Tower Cabs came in to pick up people so my advice to you would be use them.
I have used Excel since they opened but i will never ever give them my custom again.
I also rang to complain was completely fobbed off then a lady took my name and number and said someone would call.....Im still waiting...a bit like for one of there CABS!
