Sent in many letters regarding purchasing the leasehold on my house. No response from them at all. Been to the address many times and no one there. As previously reported, they do not appear to respond. The last time managed to see someone and handed a letter personally, was told all correspondence had to go through them regarding purchase of the lease. Would not recommend. 05-10-21

I have been awaiting a response from PAS property services regarding a lease extension. My solicitor and I have made frequent communications with no response and as such I am left with having to escalate issues further. Should the PAS team have sight of this feedback please respond to emails and calls as a matter of Urgency. Paula Phillips. 23-03-21
