The Man is a con merchant. Mr Hooper has ripped us off for thousands, wrecked 5k kitchen, left loads work uncompleted, standard plastering/dry lining appalling. No carpentry skills whatsoever. left 3 skip loads waste in our garden badly damaged parka floors, left ill fitting windows, slopped new extension floor and metals stolen from site. Found he had a registered CCJ after asking him to leave site. This he had on the 5th September 2013 @Plymouth CCourt and one month before he started work for us. Do not pay cash weekly/monthly. Only on completion and get someone who knows what they talking about to examine work before paying final amount. Also do not make the mistake i made and not ask to see certificates of competence. Warning: He is comes across as very plausible. I am not the only one in this position. My Court hearing is in March 2015. 09-02-15
