I have had experience of several Student letting agencies in Nottingham, Birmingham, Hatfield and Brighton
Pavilion is the worst by far in all aspects mentioned below:
Communication
They never return calls, they refuse to summarise agreements by email (presumably so there is no written record if what the have agreed).
Safety
There was no functioning hard wired fire alarm for at least half of the letting Period. The front door of the property was hanging off a rotton door frame held together with poly filler
Reliability
They completed any of the tasks they agreed to as part of the tenancy agreement without being reminded weekly by all tenants
They regularly arranged work to be done on the property expecting the students to remain in and then workmen would not turn up
Hygiene
The property was filthy on moving in and several of the rooms were extensively infested with mould
Honesty
They are currently refusing to return deposits to the tenants
Word from the wise
DO NOT EVER EVER RENT A PROPERTY FROM PAVILION PROPERTIES 03-09-14
