I asked for a quote for a new boiler and some radiators. They quoted. I accepted the quote. They started work. On day 1 they said that as one radiator would be in a different position to where they had expected there would be an additional charge. I said OK. Later that day they walked off the job. We had not even discussed the revised price. I was left in the lurch. They are an absolute disgrace and totally unprofessional. I would never recommend them.
