SOOOO poor their drivers are embarrassed to work there!

First rule of most decent companies; the staff are their biggest asset.

In the case on Gem Vending, their drivers would sooner leave their work van in another street and walk home!

Spoke to Gem a few times, the problem still goes on. Huge van blocking all natural light, parked legally, but HIGHLY inconsiderately, (especially as the driver chooses to walk home!) Gems attitude appears to be.... Not our problem. If the van is so shameful to park outside your own property, why inflict it on my neighbours and I?

Really poor service, little or no interest in reported issues. On the positive, by the state of the inside of the van (rubbish, wrappers and used cups) I'm glad I'll never have to face the contents of one of their vending machines! I dread to think what health hazard might be in there!

Avoid, avoid, avoid!
