1) An EXTREMELY POOR level of service - including, refusal by carers to carry out & perform certain duties within the agreed to/contracted 'Care Plan'.

2) Carers were consistently late arriving.

3) There was a high turnover of staff - meaning, never being able to build up a rapport with a single carer.

4) Carers used mobile phones (made calls + texts), when they should have been performing their caring duties.

5) Inability of the company to provide a 'preferred (single) carer' (even after repeated requests).

6) EXTREMELY POOR 'Time Management' by many staff - which resulted in housework not being carried out, as the carer would have to leave in order to to attend their next appointment.

7) EXTREMELY POOR 'In-House Communication' - SAME carer came back to conduct one of the care appointments, even AFTER we had informed the company that we no longer wished that the specific carer attend.

8) One of the original carers consistently smelt of smoke - as she would have a cigarette IMMEDIATELY before entering our property.

9) What seemed to be POORLY TRAINED STAFF - carers often making mistakes, that even a 'non-professional' wouldn't make.
