I know it is quite a while back now, but in October 2019, on the recommendation of Alyson and Steve Eymes, I booked 1st Choice for a return trip from Sheffield to Heathrow Airport. As I am a wheelchair user, outside, and use a rollator in the house, I explained all this to First Choice!

They came on time, with a specially big people carrier, and my Carer and I set off for Heathrow Airport. We we driven by Jason, who was very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful! Even when we were delayed by Customs at Heathrow coming back from Canada, Jason waited 2 extra hours for me and my carer, took us back to Sheffield, and didn't charge us any extra for waiting time! The cost was very reasonable as well, and as a result, Mum, Dad and I have booked with First Choice to take us down to Epping on 23rd December 2021 and back to Sheffield on 27th December 2021! We are all looking forward to it!
