We were reccomended calum by our wedding coordinator as he had a deal that if you used him for that venue it would be half price. Little did we know that half price also meant half service. Everything seemed great to start with. we had a consultation with him and he explained what package we could get foe which prices. As it was half price we went for the biggest package...... 1 large album, 2 small and one large portrait. As time went on we discussed the plan for the big day.....he would be with myself and groomsmen taking pics and his partner would be with my wife-to-be taking pics. This did not happen however...they both went to my wife and arrived a mere 5 minutes before the wedding. During the wedding both my new wife and i were so pre- occupied that we failed to notice that he did not take one portrait picture of us as newly weds. when we arrived back from our honeymoon we we contacted him......as he never contacted us....about the bride of the week in the evening express. he said he would sort it. To my wife's disgust a few weeks later we came across our picture in the paper. A far away shot of us walking along a path talkint to each other. You could not see my wifes face. She called everyone she knew and asked then not to vote because she didnt want to see the pic in the paper again should she win. ...................its now been 11 month since we wed...we received the big album about 2 months ago which was full of mistakes and duplicate pictures and we still do not have our 2 other albums. we got our framed print which cast me a further £150 as the frames he had showed us before were what we could have....at an additional price(which was never mentioned) we have attempted to contact him several times and are told he will call us back but this never happens.
It seems that everyone else has ahd a great experience based on other reviews i have read. I hope there is no-one else that has had the same issues we have had.
