Awful company. Stay well clear of these guys. Moved into a property that was advertised as part furnished only to arrive to a shell of a flat, wasn't even a fridge. Then to find out the shower and heating didn't work. Shower was a quick fix but unfortunately the heater wad completely broke and in turn it took the agency over 2 months to fix... Their fix was to install a heater a quarter of the size of the original. And now, almost 4 weeks after leaving the flat I still haven't received my bond moneu. So unhelpful and ridiculous.
