Booked and gave a deposit for a bathroom installation.
Day of install - no one arrives, told we had changed the date to 2 weeks away (never had)
2nd day - admission from manager it was their error and not ours, still no work but will start. no one turns up
3rd day - still no one arrives. asked for the deposit back but assured again someone would arrive the following day
4th day - someone arrives, has no idea of the scale of the job and admits some of it is beyond him. was never informed that it was a full install and was clearly just a panicked booking to try and get the job started.

comfortably the worst experience we have had locally with any work. we have received the money back but now have weeks waiting to find a new installer. utterly dreadful

I do not recommend this company. Our experience has been very unsatisfactory, causing us aggravation and anxiety. Overall, there was a lack of care and attention to detail. For example, the hot and cold pipes on the washbasin were incorrectly fitted; it took three attempts for Priory to fit the right size toilet seat; the new shower (installed at the beginning of September) leaked badly and was resealed three times, after which it still leaked. Eventually, new screens were fitted at the end of October. It still leaks. We have lost all faith in Priory's workmanship and products and consequently we have had to go another company to rectify the problem. Mr Burston has failed to apologise for the poor workmanship or to acknowledge the inconvenience we have suffered. I paid promptly and in full, which was a very big mistake!
