Not too good. Right from the start they messed me about, booked a day to install 2 windows and a door but never arrived, day wasted, earnings lost. 4 days later installers turned up missing a window, said they knew nothing about the second window. 11 days later they turned up with last window.
They made a very poor job of restoring the simple flat sand & cement rendering which had only just been applied to the whole house 6 months before. The office said its not in their remit to apply special finishes. (sand & cement render!). The workmen were cheerful, (high earnings) but very noisy with loud radio playing, this upset my neighbours.
They issued the incorrect Terms & Conditions and so were unable to issue a gaurantee until I accepted the new ones which they sent out 5 months later., (at my own postal cost).
Since then, one of the hinges on the door has dropped causing rubbing and damage to the cill. Awaiting their fix now.
Because of the above, I wont recomend NewView Windows of West Sussex.
