Terrible. This guy is a con man and that's why he has a fake address and telephone number as his business address.
This guy ripped off my elderly parents by pretending they needed new taps instead of a washer.
Thanks to him their property was flooded and when he was called back he tried to charge them again to put right the dodgy job he denied doing in the first place.

Not happy and still waiting to get my money back, only I cannot get in contact with the guy.
