terrible staff rude they tend to treat their customers like prisoners
I am a construction worker getting materials because this Chinese virus shut down all merchants the lady at the counter wild scruffy curly hair served us and had no patience she had put a price down twice and she had to re do the scanning process she was rough with the items and broke a gift i bought for my son very rude staff never going there again

Worst service from the staff in thee resrtraunt, ordered bacon sandwich at 1005 on the 16 June 2018, did check twice to see when ready at 1045 still no order, gotmymoney back.my friends had two scones like rock cakes ,staff not interested. Went to pay for an item at the hardwear till told the lady I was English still sloketo me in Welsh.then asked for my money in Welsh, I then asked my friends to speak to her in Welsh, she was very shocked and was full of excuses.we do expect more from Stermat
