Booked a Taxi Transfer for 5 of us to Gatwick. Pre paid for the return trip only to arrive in Gatwick at 23:00 to receive a Text saying that they were not picking us up. DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM

Despite calling the day before to check they were picking us up and knew where the venue was they didn't pick up our pary of 8 which included two elderly relatives in their 80s, and an 18 month old baby stranded in Buriton. Phone went straight to voicemail. left messages and no one called back! Absolutely disgusted! DO NOT USE
