Outside work great but internals not done as requested and poor finish. What happened to listening to the customer. Apparently I am a bully and expect too much. They can't get "perfection". In a house over 100 years old I don't expect perfection but I do expect a good standard of work. 3 attempts to rectify the issues wasn't enough .... in my opinion it was more than enough times to get it corrected but obviously not.
