I got the laser treatments through wowcher. Please DO NOT waste your time and money at this place! It is one of the worst laser hair clinics I have been to. First of all, it is almost impossible to get appointments. You will end up waiting sometimes 3 months between your treatments before you get one. And most of these appointments will be weekdays, hardly ever at weekends. When you come for your appointments the staff just rush quickly, they don't even ask you basic questions to see if you are still suitable for treatments (e.g. recent sun exposure or new meds). They rush so that they can sit down and gossip.
I still have a few treatments left, but I have decided not go to there anymore. The results are poor, the hair reduction achieved is minimal. One time I wasted my time going to an appointment only to be told that they do not have a record of my appointment. Luckily for me, I had the appointment card with me and showed them. They treated me like a liar and didn't believe me until I showed them the card. If I had thrown the card away, they would have just asked me to leave and not bother. I have now booked laser treatments at a different clinic which is much more expensive but I don't mind. Please do not waste your time going there, I would never recommend this clinic even to my worst enemy.
