We collected the wreath from the shop and when we arrived at the church we noticed that some of the flowers had fell out of the wreath we replaced the loose ones but more fell out of the wreath. We had spoken to the girl in the shop and explained that had happened to a previous wreath before we bought the wreath and she informed us that it was previous staff who had done it and that they were no longer employed there. We will not be buying any more flowers from McConnell’s as this is not good enough.
