I can’t praise this surgery and the staff enough. Especially the reception, I am fully aware that they come into contact with many people and getting it right for everyone is difficult. But in my case , I have found them friendly and considerate. I feel comfortable actually telling them my problem before I see the doctor!! How often do people feel at ease doing that ?!! Rarely I’d say. Please treat the counter staff with respect. They are all lovely people. An example is how they dealt with me over my death of my mother . (Which actually could have been avoided if the nearby Shenley surgery had been more careful with diagnosis. Restorative meeting and apologies already dealt with.) Furzton staff showed compassion and understanding!! Well done Furzton . Thank you 09-08-18
