The only shop I have ever been to where you cannot return an item or exchange it for something of higher value and pay the difference. Take my advice, go elsewhere, preferably where the assistant has a smile on her face.

Truely awful experience! Hateful people. Awful service, abusive to customers. They charge the earth for tat and when you ask for a refund they rudely refuse pointing to a tiny sign which is overed up with merchandise. Accused me of lying and threatened to call the police. Nice!
