Visited Ely PO today , and because it’s Xmas there was a very long Queue, but I was second in line as got there early
When the doors opened we all went to counter at back of shop
Where we were told by the lady assistant I am not open and I am not going to open ( found out later she wanted to do her accounts )
We then had to go to front of shop to be served then u ended up at back of long Queue!!
I needed to collect a parcel so when it was my turn the assistant had to lock front office and go to lady at back of shop to get parcel 📦
Terrible service Lady assistant needs some training ☹️
