The telephone system is NOT of the best. The number shown was what I rang. There I was told to use ANOTHER number. On reaching the 2nd number, I was told to dial YET ANOTHER number.
(At one stage, the number I was told to dial was that of a Theatre Ticket Booking Agency in London !!)
Finally, I reached the Voice ID part. Then I was asked IRRELEVANT Questions. In the end, I managed to speak to a Human Being.

Father used to RUN THE AUDIT for this company and I used to assist. It was MUCH BETTER, back in the 1960's !! 01-03-23
