Derek Whylie from Trade Frames came round to see us to quote for new windows&door in June & took 20% deposit (£1300), giving us an installation date of 24/08/2015.The fitters did not arrive. We have had no communication since& our own research with Silke & Co Solvency specialist has shown that the day after Derek came& took our money the company went into LIQUIDATION. We are disgusted as he obviously knew when he took our money that he would not be able to fulfil promises he made. PLEASE AVOID. We will not get money back :(
