This pub is quaint but on a Sunday afternoon it's full of old men swearing and getting louder with each pint they down. I went with my husband and a friend for Sunday lunch which was totally spoilt by these delightful people. The staff were pushy and the food was defiantly not home cooked and was tasteless, the bottle of wine of which we didn't get a choice in was over priced. When trying to pay we were told cash only( what pub only takes cash now a days? ) we didn't want to complain at the time as friend was paying and we we're meeting up after the loss of a loved one. Thanks for a lovely lunch NOT, steer clear and go else where.
