Absolutely disgusting service , pre booked a taxi the night before and they just didn't show, no answer on the phone, left a woman on her own stranded in the early hours of the morning.. do not use this taxi firm 21-12-16

My wife booked Elite Cabs to pick me up after my flight landed at Exeter Airport at 2.15am on the 15th October. She had been assured that the only number I needed to speak with them would be their office number and that would be either answered or redirected to the driver. She also gave my mobile number to them in case there was any problem...

Upon leaving the arrival hall I waited in the prescribed place to be picked up. And waited and waited... Despite 11 telephone calls to the companies number all I got was an answerphone and at 4:15am I gave up and started trying to find an alternative taxi to get me home, some 50 miles away. I haven’t heard from them since, despite calling them during business hours later the same day.
