WAS TOLD END OF MAY WOULD FINISH EXTENSION.22ND AUG TOWER CONSTRUCTION WALKED OFF THE JOB.HE BLAMED HIS LABOURER STEP SON THROUGHOUT.BUILDING CONTROL HAVE BEEN THIS WK AND STATE A GUTTER PIPE CANNOT FREE FLOW ONTO A CONCRETE PATH WITH NO SOAK AWAY! THE WET ROOM FLOOR HAS TO BE DESTROYED AND RE DONE AS THE WATER FILLS THE ROOM AND FLOWS OUT OF THE ROOM.CONTRACT STATED I WOULD RECEIVE ALL RECEIPTS AND GUARANTEES WHICH I HAVEN,T.SOIL PIPE FITTED UPSIDE DOWN.PLASTIC PIPES USED WITH RADIATORS COPPER BEING MORE APPROPRIATE.TOWEL RAILS HAVE TO BE HIGHERED AS TOO CLOSE TO FLOOR.A VERY VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE AND COSTLY
