I decided to go to my local supplier, so as to support my local businesses. I wish I'd gone to Carpet Right.
The quality of the workmanship is appalling.
After weeks and weeks of trying to get rectified I managed to speak to the owner who offered to come back but my Husband didn't want him in our house. I was gutted as the way things were left is dreadful. Carpet on stairs poorly fitted and lifts on edges. Hall carpet lifting in places and snags.
All in all a very disappointing purchase which left me stressed and unhappy, I have to ignore the state of stairs now otherwise it would get me down daily. I personally would not reccommended this shop. It seems I'm the only person to review it and to me that speaks volumes.
