It took WCW over 5 weeks to fit a bi-fold door, and at no stage did we get an apology, despite having a hald finished product for over 35 days, on a jod we were told would take 2 days.
After getting nothing but rude and unhelpful flannel each time I rang their office, I took to emailing the director and posting a copy of these emails directly to him. Only after the job was finished (8 emails later) did i get a response.
No apology, No compensation, Nothing, except the suggestion that I wasn't wealthy enough to pay for the doors.
The worst company I have ever dealt with.
