I placed an order with Aquanauts.co.uk on 22 April 2014, for delivery by courier and paid by credit card. The order was for a diving watch.
Following on from a telephone conversation with the company on 28 April, I was hugely disappointed to find my order had not even been processed, even though I received an order confirmation and payment was made on 22 April!!
I was told the dive watch was NOT in stock! This now leaves me in an awkward position as I go on my diving holiday to Mozambique the evening of 29 April.
The lack of correspondence I received from Aquanauts is extremely unprofessional and I advise people to use another company when making on-line purchases for dive equipment.
