Doors fitted in 2016 no problem at all. But when it comes to getting it repaired or fixed the after sales service is awful. Despite Krish being a nice friendly guy he repeatedly fails to turn up to agreed appointments and then ignores phone calls. I have been chasing him for nearly 2 years now and I have now given up. I have served him a 14 day notice to fix the door or I'll get somebody else to do it and send him the bill. I will never be using him to install a garage door for me ever again!

Since my review of 25\3\16 garage door cable has been repaired satisfactorily. The cable hadn't broken but had somehow become detached.

Their after sales service is poor and that's being kind. In September last year they fitted 2 new cables to our up and over garage door. About a month ago one broke so we phoned them up. "I'll call you back" he said. After a week and no call we phoned them again. "Sorry lost your phone No. Be round late Monday p.m."At the last minute they cancelled and said Wednesday instead. Wednesday came and went with no sign. So after a few days we rang again and they callef back " will call Tuesday or Wednesday. That was this week with no sign or phone. So we have to face facts they are not going to fix our door.
