On the afternoon of Saturday 25 March 2016 , my car broke down in the car park of McDonalds , Bangor , and within 20 minutes I received expert assistance from Stephen of CCRS Recovery Ltd. and one of his colleagues. Stephen is an exceptional man , not only highly skilled and experienced in his job but also very friendly and helpful , with a reassuring manner which is a great asset in dealing with people who may become agitated or distressed in these circumstances. Stephen and his colleague repaired my car very quickly and effortlessly , and I would unhesitatingly recommend CCRS Recovery Ltd. to anyone whose vehicle breaks down. 25-03-16
